Know which Fundamental is breaking your operation. In writing. In one week.
You’ve read the book. You’ve taken the Assessment. You know something is off. You can’t name it, and everything you’ve tried hasn’t moved the needle.
The OffsiteReview™ is a remote framework diagnostic of your restaurant. You send your Assessment and your operating artifacts. I spend a full day reading them against the Five Fundamentals — Perspective, Product, People, Performance, Profit. We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes. You receive a written diagnostic report that names the Fundamental, the upstream mechanism driving it, and your next move.
It is not consulting. It is not a plan for the next period. It is not execution support. It is a diagnostic. That is the entire point.
Who this is for
You suspect something is off but can’t name it. You’ve read the book and taken the Assessment and want the framework applied to your actual operation. You need diagnosis before commitment — before you hire, before you spend, before you change direction. You want my read without booking travel or blocking two days on-site. You’ve been told a dozen different things by a dozen different advisors and none of it has stuck.
If you want a plan for your next 28-day period, that’s the Period Review. If you want me inside your operation doing the work with you, that’s Coaching or Consulting. If you want me in the building, on the shift, watching what actually happens, that’s the OnsiteReview™.
What you send
Within 5 business days of purchase, you send your completed Operator’s Assessment, 12 months of P&L reports (24 preferred), 12 months of menu mix reports, 12 months of labor reports, the last 30 days of actual schedules, and your current menu with pricing. Excel, PDF, or QuickBooks exports. No screenshots. No phone photos of paper reports.
If you have it, you send it. If you don’t have it, we have a different conversation before we begin.
What happens
You purchase. You send the artifacts. I spend one full day reading them, cross-referencing your Assessment against your financials, standardizing your P&L to the Restaurant Chart of Accounts and the 13-period calendar, and building your diagnosis.
We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes. I walk you through what the artifacts show. You walk me through what they don’t.
Within 5 business days of the call, you receive your written diagnostic report — PDF, 8 to 15 pages. It names the Fundamental. It names the upstream mechanism. It names your next move.
You have 14 days from delivery for clarification questions on what’s in the report. Email only. Your artifacts are destroyed 30 days after delivery.
What you get
A 90-minute working session with me on Zoom. A written diagnostic report as a PDF. The named Fundamental — which of the five is breaking your operation. The named upstream mechanism — why it’s breaking. The named next move — which of my engagements addresses the diagnosis. A $2,500 credit toward Period Review, OnsiteReview™, or the first period of any Coaching or Consulting engagement, live for 30 days after delivery.
Why $2,500
$2,500 is my day rate. The OffsiteReview™ is one full day of my attention on your operation. You are not paying for a template or a report generated from a scorecard. You are paying for a full day of read, applied against every artifact you send, cross-referenced against 44 years of operator experience and the framework I have spent two decades building. Half a day of read produces half a diagnosis. I don’t do that.
What this is not
Not financial, tax, or legal advice. Not accounting. Not a coaching engagement. Not execution support — that’s Coaching, Consulting, or Fractional Ops Leadership. Not a plan for your next 28-day period — that’s the Period Review. Not a substitute for the OnsiteReview™ — no on-property presence, no live shift observation. Not “here are some tips based on your numbers.” This is a framework diagnosis.
The next move
Every OffsiteReview™ ends with a named next move. Which move depends on what the diagnosis reveals. If it calls for a plan, Period Review. If it calls for confirmation on the ground during a live shift, OnsiteReview™, with your $2,500 credit applied. If it calls for advisory execution, Coaching. If it calls for embedded execution, Consulting. If it calls for interim operational leadership, Fractional Ops Leadership.
I recommend the engagement the diagnosis requires. Not the engagement that sells the most.
