Why Behind the Thinking #
The operator latches onto a piece of business vocabulary — typically a single metric or slogan — without the surrounding diagnostic scaffolding. The full architecture (KRA→KPO→KPA→KPI) collapses to one layer. The operator runs the operation on a word. The word sounds right. The thinking it came from is gone. [Folding OP] names the failure mode: not that the operator got the wrong answer, but that they folded the architecture down to a label and lost the structural reasoning underneath it.
