Why Behind the Thinking #
The GX does not break at role level — it breaks at the seams between roles. The handoff is where the verb either continues or collapses. The diagnostic failure modes: “That’s not my job.” / “I told them, what they do with it is on them.” / “I did what was on my checklist.” Each is the accountability collapsing back into role description at the transfer point.
