Why Behind the Thinking #
Fail Tuesday means architecture only works when volume forces it — hospitality is adrenaline-dependent, the standard evaporates when nothing is pushing it. Pass both Saturday and Tuesday = the architecture is real, not situational. Saturday proves the cast can hold the standard under load. Tuesday proves the cast holds it when there’s no pressure to. Whether the cast still delivers hospitality to four tables the way they delivered it to forty. Whether the standard holds when nothing is pushing it.
