Definition #
The small, unplanned daily interactions — a tone, a glance, a pause before responding — through which the operator actually teaches the cast what culture is true in the building, regardless of the stated intention.
Family #
Canon. Perspective/culture fundamental. Section 1.GV.3.
Why Behind the Thinking #
The operator who believes they are building a culture of transparency and then visibly bristles when someone surfaces a problem has not built a culture of transparency — they have built a culture where transparency is claimed and punished, and every cast member who witnessed it learned the real rule. The intention is visible in the values deck; the actual culture is visible in the accumulated weight of how the operator shows up in moments nobody planned. The Perspective discipline is a weekly review of one micro-moment, asking whether it taught what was intended — because the culture is the sum of the micro-moments, not the mission statement ([perspective_recompiled_07.08.2026.txt]).
